What Happened to OP-Poker Nick?
As some of you may have noticed…
I have been away for some time now.
My last stream was on December 17th 2020, and what a stream it was:
Such an exciting moment for me and, for those of you who followed me during this time, THE $12 GT CHALLENGE (more on this in a moment)!
It’s been nearly 16 months since then!
Cool story bro, now where have you been?
First of all, my sincerest apologies for my absence of late.
It is truly my absolute pleasure to create content for / alongside the incredible OP-Poker / Twitch communities and it was never my intention to be AFK for so long.
Alas, while I had hoped to continue where we left off in December of 2020, it was impossible for me to stream for much of 2021 as a result of unforeseen difficulties behind the scenes.
As a result, I had to step away from streaming and subsequently my directorship with OP-Poker.
OP-Poker remains an outstanding resource for poker content and the community we created around our channel is one of the most friendly, helpful, inclusive, engaging, and fun group of individuals I have ever had the pleasure to work with.
I’ve missed you guys so much while I’ve been away and I am forever grateful for the time, loyalty, and what can only be described as love for what we’ve created.
I wish the OP-Poker team and community the best of luck in future.
But what about the $12 GT challenge?
I know many of you have been eagerly awaiting the release of this content, but fear not, the wait is over!
You can find the full breakdown HERE.
Again, my sincerest apologies to those of you who have been waiting to see the progress of what was a very long grind. Indeed, many months of effort and viewership went into these results so I am very excited to finally get that on record.
So what’s next?
In short, I’ll be making content (obviously).
You can learn all about my new project “NickWalshTV” HERE.
I hope you guys will join me on this new journey and help me discover new, exciting stream formats together.
